Delivery

We order from Zeller Keramik in Germany every two to three months to fulfil customers' orders.  Our next delivery will be mid to late January 2019 for orders placed by 31st December 2018. We do hold some items in stock. If an item is in stock this is indicated on the individual product page.

We hold most of the Couzon Cuisinox Elysee items in stock. Those we don't stock, we can order for you. Contact us for an estimated delivery time.

Fissler cookware is usually despatched within 5 working days.

 Delivery within the UK

Delivery to an address in the UK mainland is free for all online orders of £60 and over. There may be a surcharge for delivery to the highlands, certain offshore islands, to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands (please contact us for a quote). For orders of under £20.00, the delivery charge is £4 and for orders between £20.00 and £59.99, the delivery charge is £6. We normally send goods by the cheapest method available. If you wish us to despatch your order by the fastest method available please contact us but this may incur an additional charge.

Delivery Overseas

We also ship internationally - please contact us for charges. As we are not able to get insurance against breakage for fragile goods sent overseas, we will have to ask you to accept the risk and would be unable to offer any compensation should an item arrive broken (although we would of course do everything we could to package it well).

Our delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the parcel so, if you would like us to quote for delivery before you place your order, please email us with a list of the items you require, the country you would like them sent to and the post/zip code.  Alternatively, place your order on the website and we will email you with the delivery charge asking you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead.

Calf House is not registered for VAT (UK tax) so there is no reduction in the price of goods being sent to a country outside the EU.
