At Calf House we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information we request from you will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act 1998. This Act regulates the processing of information relating to individuals, including the holding, use or disclosure of such information. Our data is stored on a secure, protected database.

We may also use non-personal information in aggregate form for analysis and marketing purposes. By using this website you agree that we may collect and use data as described above. Should your personal information change, or you no longer require the services you have consented to, please e-mail us at felicity@calfhouse.co.uk and we will ensure that our records are updated with immediate effect.

Errors & Omissions

If the price of a Calf House item is shown incorrectly owing to a technical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for that item.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee and returns

  1. We offer a no quibble, money-back guarantee if you wish to exchange or have your order refunded.  The item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging, and be returned to us within 28 days from despatch.  Please do not remove labels or packaging, and where possible please repack the item in its original wrapping.  Please note that post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense.
  2. In the event of an item being faulty, or being damaged in transit to you, we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods.  When returning items that are faulty, we recommend sending them by Royal Mail Second Class Post.   If the package is too heavy to go second class please send by Standard Parcels. If you choose to send it back by another more expensive method then we will refund you the amount it would have cost to send by Second Class Post or Standard Parcels.  When returning items please always ensure that you retain proof of postage.
  3. Should a product fail due to faulty workmanship or materials you may have a claim against the manufacturer. Please contact us should you wish to make such a claim.

Where possible we re-use the inner and outer packaging from our suppliers and other sources.


We use the fully encrypted PayPal credit/debit card service.  Payments should be made either by this method or through your own PayPal account.  If paying by credit/debit card, orders of £100 or over must be placed using a card which is enrolled for 3D Secure/Verified by Visa. If paying with PayPal for orders of £100 or over please ensure that the delivery address is the same as the address on your PayPal account, your Payer Status is verified and your Address Status is confirmed.

Data Protection

We do not require any more details from you than those needed to fulfil your order; we do not retain your credit card number after payment has cleared.
